Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a professional to join the Global Equity Team to value and execute new hire equity compensation awards, perform analyses, and support daily administration and reporting. You will forecast equity distributions, collaborate with Payroll and Tax, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 2+ years of experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Compensation Team and HR to value and execute new hire equity compensation awards.
• Perform detailed ad hoc analyses related to equity holdings.
• Assist with daily operations of equity plan administration.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reporting for equity participants and management teams.
• Assist with SIG and Blackstone initiatives related to technology, reporting, and process improvement.
• Provide monthly forecasts to Tax and FP&A and work with management on equity reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Tax on equity deliveries across jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast distributions and share deliveries.
• Assist in enhancing reporting processes, analytics and operations.
• Perform strategic analyses and special projects; support group initiatives.
