Job summary

Blackstone is seeking a senior compensation leader to guide design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. You will ensure competitive, compliant programs while partnering with HR and business teams.

The role requires a strong business/financial background, extensive compensation experience, and advanced Excel skills. Salary is substantial with comprehensive benefits and equity opportunities where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, with focus in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Extensive experience with rewards and recognition programs.
Strong business/financial background and analytical skills using data.
Broad HR experience and understanding of compensation practices.
Knowledge of federal/state compensation laws (FLSA, DOL).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Office.
Consultative, collaborative, and able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction to design and administer Blackstone compensation programs.
Ensure solutions align with compensation philosophy, business needs, and regulations.
Maintain market competitiveness and internal equity while controlling costs.
Lead market benchmarking, data analysis, and present findings.
Manage annual compensation planning in collaboration with HR and business.
Prepare compensation analyses and support various compensation projects.
