Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required, with focus in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Extensive experience with rewards and recognition programs.
• Strong business/financial background and analytical skills using data.
• Broad HR experience and understanding of compensation practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state compensation laws (FLSA, DOL).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Office.
• Consultative, collaborative, and able to communicate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic direction to design and administer Blackstone compensation programs.
• Ensure solutions align with compensation philosophy, business needs, and regulations.
• Maintain market competitiveness and internal equity while controlling costs.
• Lead market benchmarking, data analysis, and present findings.
• Manage annual compensation planning in collaboration with HR and business.
• Prepare compensation analyses and support various compensation projects.
