Job summary

Blackstone seeks a detail‑oriented professional to join the Global Equity Team and manage daily operations of the equity compensation program. You will partner with the Global Compensation Team, HR business partners, and line managers to value and execute new hire awards and generate key reporting.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, teamwork, and the ability to deliver timely analyses and forecasts. Base salary range is $105,000–$140,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Value and execute new hire equity compensation awards with Global Compensation Team.
• Perform ad hoc analyses related to equity holdings.
• Assist with daily equity plan administration.
• Generate monthly and quarterly equity reporting.
• Support tax and FP&A with equity-based reporting.
