Job summary

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is seeking an energetic professional for the Global Equities Trading Operations middle office role in New York. You will be the first contact for client operations, coordinating with RBC front office and settling trades, allocations, and post-trade processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely settlements and accurate trade processing.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent requirement.
• Working knowledge of equities middle office and back office processes.
• Basic knowledge of Middle Office allocation and confirmation systems.
• Knowledge of Broadridge back office platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of DTCC ITP product line (CTM, ALERT, TradeSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of contact for client operational staff on middle and back office issues.
• Maintain relationships with client operations teams and RBC front office sales/trading.
• Allocate institutional client orders using CTM and FIX allocation processing.
• Process post-trade date corrections and cancel/re-bills.
• Review daily fail reports and unmatched trades; coordinate resolution with client operations.
