Job summary

RBC is seeking a Global Equities Middle Office Trade Support Analyst in New York to provide critical operational client service to institutional clients in partnership with the Global Equities front office. You will handle inquiries, allocate orders, process post-trade corrections, and monitor settlements to ensure timely clearance.

The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of equities middle office and back office processes is required.
• Basic knowledge of middle office allocation and confirmation systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Broadridge back office platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of DTCC ITP product line (CTM, ALERT, TradeSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First line of contact for client operational staff for all types of middle and back office issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client operations and RBC front office teams.
• Allocate institutional client orders using CTM and FIX allocations.
• Process post-trade corrections and cancel/re-bills.
• Monitor settlement and resolve failing/unmatched trades.
• Coordinate with Reg. SHO buy-in and new accounts groups.
