Job summary

Rippling is seeking a seasoned leader to head the EOR Implementation team, driving customer onboarding and adoption at scale. You will mentor a distributed team, align initiatives with business goals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.

You will report to the Director of EOR Implementation and shape processes that improve time to value, customer experience, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience hiring and managing a distributed team.
• Proven ability to scale teams and maintain SLAs and metrics.
• Data-driven approach to developing and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on, highly organized with strong follow-through and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams that meet quarterly goals and targets.
• Resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and relationships.
• Use data to build and optimize processes for efficiency and better experience.
• Execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
• Track, monitor, and improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Account Management and Support for a seamless journey.
• Work with Product & Engineering to improve functionality based on feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
