Lever, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing engineer to support enterprise clients in a hybrid role. You’ll handle diverse technical requests, troubleshoot Windows Server and network issues, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment with an evening Pacific Time shift.
