Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Global Account Manager to maintain and grow Tax and Accounting’s largest global customers in North America. This remote role allows work from a home office anywhere in the Eastern or Central US time zones, with up to 50% travel for client visits and conferences.

You will develop sales strategies, manage senior executive relationships, and coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue and retention.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of B2B sales or account management in enterprise software.
• Experience selling Tax & Accounting applications or software is preferred.
• Ability to manage global, senior-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Cultivate senior executive relationships in NA and globally.
• Lead account planning sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
• Forecast new business and retention accurately.
