IN2 SaaS Recruitment is seeking a Director of International Sales Expansion to drive new-market entry across the USA and beyond. You will assess geographic landscapes, design localized commercial playbooks, and close foundational enterprise deals while building initial remote sales hubs.

The role requires a strategic leader with 6+ years in enterprise software sales and a proven ability to scale operations internationally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience and a track record of expanding commercial ops into new international regions.
• High adaptability in ambiguous environments and diverse regional cultures.
• Experience managing cross-border pipelines and setting up initial remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM strategy into localized sales playbooks for new regions.
• Lead executive-level closings for foundational enterprise contracts in new markets.
• Recruit and onboard initial sales pods (AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers) in new regions.
• Collaborate with product to address localization and regional security requirements.
