Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership within global industrial, manufacturing, or complex engineered product environments.
- Deep expertise in enterprise-wide quality management systems, APQP/PPAP, design quality, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality.
Responsibilities
- Establish and own the Enterprise Quality Strategy with global standards and governance across SBUs and regions.
- Lead improvements to reduce COPQ through design, supplier quality, and field performance.
- Embed quality into design through DFQ and VOC integration; promote early launch containment and post-launch learning loops.
