Job summary

Novus International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and programs. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and governance, ensuring on-time, quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with executives, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes. The role requires 12+ years in project management, with a strong grasp of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, plus PMO governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Business or Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio governance processes.
• Strong business acumen in defining operational systems and procedures.
• Ability to evaluate existing processes and propose simplifications.
• Strong communication and leadership to direct the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance structures.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Manage project scope and changes through governance processes.
• Drive project execution while balancing priorities across departments.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and functional teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business, technology, operations, and external partners.
• Provide regular project status reporting and executive communications.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Develop contingency and recovery plans; monitor project health and take corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance; coordinate resources across teams.
• Promote PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and team members within the PMO.
