Job summary

North Point Technology, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead large, high-risk enterprise programs in a manufacturing context. You will coordinate business and IT initiatives, manage vendors, advise project managers, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The role involves developing and maintaining program plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery, and advancing PMO standards and tools. Strong leadership, communication, and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Five to nine years of project management, program management, or related professional experience.
• Progressive experience in project-management and leadership positions within a large or comparably complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs valued at $2 million or more.
• Strong history of delivering multiple large-scale implementation projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, teams, and dependencies.
• Formal project-management methodology experience and cross-functional leadership.
• Full software development lifecycle experience with end-to-end technology implementations.
• Knowledge of PMI project-management standards and change-management practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, listening, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple interrelated projects within large, complex, and strategically important enterprise programs.
• Plan, direct, facilitate, and coordinate program activities and resources to achieve objectives on time and within budget.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, resources, and success criteria.
• Ensure projects align with overall program objectives and benefits.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, estimates, and milestone maps.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and governance materials to support program goals.
• Coordinate reviews and obtain required stakeholder and executive approvals.
• Develop testing strategies and oversee integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and readiness.
• Track, forecast, and report program financials; mentor project managers; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to PMO standards, templates, and tools; promote adoption of methodologies.
