Job summary

Novus International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and programs. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and governance, ensuring on-time, quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with executives, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes. The role requires 12+ years in project management, with a strong grasp of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, plus PMO governance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) degree in Business or Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio governance processes.
• Strong business acumen in defining operational systems and procedures.
• Ability to evaluate existing processes and propose simplifications.
• Strong communication and leadership to direct the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop contingency and recovery plans; monitor project health and take corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets and track financial performance; coordinate resources across teams.
• Promote PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor project managers and team members within the PMO.

General Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Delivery
  Lead enterprise-wide projects and programs from initiation through closure.

  Mentor project managers and project team members when appropriate.
• Oversee compliance and adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS), and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's(Master's preferred)degree in BusinessorEngineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of project management experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Experienceleading cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
• Strongunderstanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

• Strong business acumen in defining and implementing operational systems and procedures in various functional areas.
