Job summary

The successful candidate will drive governance, budgets, and risk management, collaborating across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure successful outcomes. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Industrial Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field strongly desired.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of direct work in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-project portfolios or large-scale programs with complex interdependencies and executive visibility.
• Translate strategic objectives into program execution plans aligned with corporate goals and customer expectations.
• Define and implement project governance structures, reporting cadences, risk management frameworks, and dashboards.
