Job summary

Reporting to the Director, GBS Transformation, the role partners with CFO and ELT to execute projects in a $4B+ context, mentoring teams and using Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive reporting with human oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, technology or related field; Master preferred.
• Active PMP certification required; program-management certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management in global life sciences or biotechnology environments.
• Experience leading global enterprise projects in a company of $4B+ revenue.
• Proven ability presenting to CFO/ELT and securing decisions.
• Experience across Finance transformation, GBS/shared services, ERP/S/4HANA, M&A integration, e-commerce, Order Management, tax or e-invoicing.
• Strong financial acumen with business-case and benefits-realization expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global programs from charter to realization across multiple functions and regions.
• Define scope, milestones, resources, and budgets; ensure governance and reporting.
• Manage interdependencies across Finance, BPO, GBS, IT, Tax, and external partners.
• Establish steering committees and decision rights with clear escalation paths.
• Present concise status updates and recommendations to CFO and ELT.
• Maintain RAID, dependencies, resources, budgets, and benefits tracking.
• Coach PMs and PMO staff; mentor delivery teams.
• Leverage Copilot to improve reporting while ensuring human review.
