Job summary

McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Director, ERP Solution Tower Lead to support the business transformation. The role reports to the VP IT Business Solutions and sits at the global headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD with a 50/50 hybrid schedule (50% onsite, 50% remote).

The Director will drive end-to-end ERP strategy, governance, and large-scale SAP deployments worldwide, partnering with executives to maximize value and agility in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in Business or Technology or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in complex SAP ERP implementations.
• Multiple complex ERP rollouts in a broad business or IT leadership role.
• 10+ years in global leadership with teams worldwide.
• Business digital transformation experience.
• IT architecture skills including SaaS, cloud, ESB.
• Experience leading a system integrator engagement from the client side.
• 10+ years of technology strategic planning.
• Multi-million dollar technology contract management.
• On-time and on-budget delivery of large, complex solutions.
• CPG/FMCG industry experience.
• Strong leadership and communication, able to influence up to C-level.
• Ability to lead large groups in a matrixed organization.
• Strong financial acumen including total cost of ownership and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end processes and technology solutions meeting business requirements.
• Lead detailed design and deployment of the Solution across functions.
• Manage scope and align with enterprise standards and governance boards.
• Influence solution increments and feature demonstrations; contribute to strategic planning.
