Job summary

Navan is seeking an Enterprise Launch Manager to lead onboarding and implementation for a portfolio of Enterprise customers. You will partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing success.

You will own the end-to-end deployment, drive process improvements, and lead training initiatives while collaborating with various teams to tailor solutions that fit customer needs and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project and account management or implementations.
• Experience implementing or administering expense programs or corporate card programs.
• Experience with month-end close, preferably with cloud based ERPs (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks Online).
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation success from kickoff to go-live, leveraging strong project management skills and deep product knowledge.
• Build and execute detailed project plans, own project activities and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and drive onboarding process improvements and create process documentation.
• Lead discovery to tailor solutions that meet customer objectives and integrate product features into workflows.
• Develop tailored training programs including materials and remote/on-site sessions.
