Job summary

FourKites, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments of supply chain visibility solutions for Global 1000 companies.

You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional resources to ensure on-time delivery within scope, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships from C-suite to operations teams. The role involves coordinating across Customer Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, and carriers, driving adoption of standard

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise software implementation project management experience, including supply chain domains.
Experience managing budgets of $100K+ and forecasting/resource planning.
Familiarity with ERP patterns and integration concepts in SaaS deployments.
Strong proficiency with PM tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations (contracts to hypercare).
Develop comprehensive program plans with schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones across multiple projects.
Lead governance with executive committees, reviews, and steering meetings.
