Job summary

FourKites is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale supply chain visibility deployments for Global 1000 companies. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementations.

You will manage budgets, stakeholder communications, and adoption of our standard methodology while tailoring approaches to customer needs, including integration with ERP/SCM systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations, with 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or ERP environments.
• Strong supply chain domain expertise with knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, carrier management, and logistics execution.
• Proven track record managing project budgets of $100K+ with forecasting, variance analysis, and exec reporting.
• Experience managing 3–5+ concurrent enterprise implementations with competing priorities.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software including integration patterns and data flows.
• Familiarity with transportation modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, ocean, air) and logistics docs (BOL, POD, ASN/856, load tenders).
• Experience with SaaS implementation models including discovery, configuration, integration, UAT, training, and go-live.
• Strong proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations from contract signature through hypercare transition.
• Develop and maintain program plans with detailed schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and milestones across multiple projects.
• Manage project budgets from $150K to $1M+ and monitor burn rates, forecasts, scope changes, and financials.
• Lead governance including executive steering, weekly status reviews, and quarterly program assessments with C-suite.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones including engineers, architects, and partners.
• Establish and monitor KPIs: schedule, budget variance, scope changes, customer satisfaction, value realization.
• Drive adoption of standard implementation methodology while adapting to customer needs.
