Job summary

FourKites is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale deployments of supply chain visibility solutions for Global 1000 companies. You will drive program management, budget oversight, resource coordination, and governance to ensure successful platform adoption across complex logistics environments.

You will orchestrate timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional resources to deliver multi-million dollar implementations on time and within scope while building strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Strong supply chain domain expertise with transportation, warehouse, and ERP experience.
• Proven track record managing project budgets and forecasts for executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading 3–5+ concurrent enterprise implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with integration patterns and ERP systems in large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations from contract through hypercare.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and milestones.
• Lead governance with executive steering committees and weekly/monthly reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across time zones and vendors.
• Monitor KPIs: schedule adherence, budget variance, and value realization.
