Job summary

Merit Medical Systems is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead global BI, analytics, data governance, and AI initiatives. The role focuses on scalable data platforms, governance, and empowering business users with secure, governed self-service analytics.

You will partner with IT and business leaders to drive measurable value, oversee platforms like Power BI and Fabric, and guide modernization projects across sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive BI/analytics leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in BI, data, and analytics.
• 5+ years of people leadership, building teams and setting priorities.
• Experience leading enterprise BI platforms and data governance across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for global BI, analytics, data, AI, and automation initiatives.
• Lead the BI & Analytics team and set roadmaps, standards, and governance.
• Oversee data integration, modeling, quality, security, and self-service analytics.
• Drive AI adoption and automation to improve decision making and productivity.
