Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. seeks a Data and Analytics Architect to define and evolve the enterprise data architecture enabling analytics, governance, and AI-driven capabilities across the organization.

You will partner with business and technology teams to modernize data platforms, model data, and deliver scalable, trusted data products while mentoring distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and database design.
• Experience designing modern Lakehouse or Medallion data warehouse architecture.
• Experience defining integration patterns using APIs, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations within regulated industries.
• Experience leading architecture decisions across multiple business domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve modern data architectures using Lakehouse and Medallion patterns.
• Define standards, governance, data contracts, and design patterns.
• Define trusted data products to support analytics and AI.
• Lead enterprise data modeling and data contracts across domains.
• Partner with stakeholders to align investments with outcomes and compliance.
• Drive data platform modernization and API-driven integration.
• Mentor distributed delivery teams and guide architecture decisions.
