Job summary

CACI seeks a SME-level Enterprise Architect for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. This role leads a high-performing team to modernize and maintain applications and infrastructure using an integrated ITSM approach.

You will guide architectural strategy, governance, and adoption across 350+ facilities, ensuring alignment with federal standards and agency modernization goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 13+ years in enterprise IT architecture or related fields.
• Extensive experience as Enterprise/ Solutions/ Infrastructure Architect leading large-scale environments.
• Experience translating strategies into enterprise architecture requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud/hybrid, identity, security.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical/management leadership for enterprise ServiceNow IT service portfolio and catalog management.
• Direct infrastructure architecture development aligning with DOS and Federal standards across global enterprise.
• Translate business, mission, and technology strategies into enterprise architecture requirements and roadmaps.
• Direct IT infrastructure standards development and standardized configurations across 350+ facilities.
• Establish governance review process and standards adoption across the organization.
• Develop metrics to measure adoption and compliance for enterprise.
• Establish service portfolio strategy aligned with agency modernization goals.
