Job summary

Wand is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the technical customer journey for global enterprise accounts. You will work with Sales, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to define and validate architectures, orchestrate AI-powered automation, and ensure scalable deployment patterns across complex environments.

You will own technical strategy, drive credible proofs of concept, and help raise the overall quality bar for the Solutions Engineering organization

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, SE).
• Experience with enterprise customers in complex software environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical designs.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience leading proofs of concept, validations, or pilots for enterprise opportunities.
• Strong communication with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Experience building reusable playbooks, benchmarks, or standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical discovery to map workflows, data environments, and success criteria.
• Translate business problems into clear solution architectures and implementation plans.
• Architect scalable deployments using Wand’s platform (workflows, agents, integrations, governance).
• Define approaches for proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Guide execution with SEs and engineering to resolve design trade-offs.
• Build and evolve the SE playbooks and demo lab for repeatable demonstrations.
