Job summary

Wand AI is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to bridge engineering and go-to-market work, translating complex business problems into concrete, testable AI workflows. You will validate concepts, prototype solutions, and guide customers through pilots to scale adoption.

You’ll own technical QA, contribute Python scripts and integrations, and collaborate with customers to design practical, scalable agent-based workflows using LLMs. A customer-first mindset and hands-on execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a hands-on technical role with enterprise customers.
• Experience shipping production AI-enabled workflows or applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver live demos and pilots that showcase Wand’s agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape believable demos and pilots for customers.
• Lead technical validation from discovery to pilot to deployment and post-launch iteration.
• Provide deep technical guidance during pre-sales and customer engagements.
• Build reusable patterns, templates, and playbooks for future deployments.
