WEKA is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI alliance strategy and architecture across partner platforms. You will shape joint value propositions, manage multi-year roadmaps, and engage with solution architects to position joint solutions on a global GTM.

You will drive full-stack architectures, align engineering resources, and influence product roadmaps to optimize AI integration across ecosystems.

Qualifications

8+ years in alliance management, partner engineering, or tech strategy in enterprise software, cloud, or AI/ML.
Strong foundation with LLM deployment stacks, GPU compute, and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
Experience across the AI lifecycle: fine-tuning, inference serving, and MLOps monitoring.

Responsabilités

Ecosystem Leadership: drive alliance strategy across cloud, silicon, MLOps, Linux/container, and vector store providers.
Joint Business Planning: build multi-year roadmaps with shared objectives and milestones.
Executive Relationships: cultivate sponsor relationships from C-suite to engineers.
Market Assessment: identify new integrations and negotiate partnership frameworks with Legal and BizDev.
Full-Stack Architecture: define architectures from data ingestion to inference serving.
Engineering Liaison: align cross-functional resources to produce reference architectures and PoCs.
Product Influence: prioritize partner APIs/SDKs in internal roadmaps.
GTM Enablement: create battlecards, briefs, and demo environments for sales teams.
