Qualifications

• 5–10 years of dubbing and/or timed-text title/language management experience.
• Based in Los Angeles, CA, with willingness to travel internationally.
• Native fluency in English; proficiency in another language is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own local relationship with English dubbing studios, timed-text and DL/PLDL vendors, and talent partners.
• Train, align, and support partners to meet Netflix's quality bar; partners own day-to-day execution.
• Build talent pipelines for English-language dubbing and audio description; identify casting gaps and design initiatives with GRM.
• Collaborate on dubbing talent casting and mix reviews for select titles; enforce creative guidelines across titles.
• Closely monitor union/guild activity, market rates, and the competitive landscape.
• Act as a local integrator of partner and quality data; raise critical local issues for visibility.
