Job summary

Deluxe Media Inc. is seeking a Localization Producer (Temporary – 12 months) to lead large-scale online launches. You will collaborate with mastering, localization and scripting operations globally, ensuring assets are delivered on time while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in localization or marketing, strong project management, and excellent communication skills. This hybrid/remote role supports collaboration with global teams and clients across campaigns

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in localization or marketing.
• Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment and tracking for large projects.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and backend creator suites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across all levels and functions.
• Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion with global teams.
• Meet tight deadlines and SLAs by coordinating with client and internal teams.
• Make decisions based on localization best practices.
• Keep campaign and project trackers updated on an ongoing basis.
• Make independent decisions under pressure and escalate as necessary.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
