Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a global engineering strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Lead site engineering, facilities design, network optimization, capacity planning, automation, and large-scale capital projects.
• Establish global standards, methodologies, and performance metrics for consistency and scalability.
• Oversee global engineering roadmaps and execution of initiatives supporting distribution, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
