Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. in the United States is seeking an Executive Director, Global Sourcing, to lead global sourcing for Professional Services and Marketing, oversee the India sourcing organization, and build a Center of Excellence that drives cost, risk, and supplier value.

You will partner with senior leadership to set the global vision, design an operating model, and deliver early savings, standardization, and scalable capabilities across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience with increasing leadership responsibilities, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen, cost modeling, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing for Professional Services and Marketing categories (> $150M spend).
• Develop and execute global category strategies and align plans to business priorities.
• Negotiate best‑in‑class agreements and drive total cost of ownership reductions.
• Manage supplier performance with SLAs, KPIs, and business reviews.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and align capabilities with business needs.
• Lead the India Sourcing team and integrate into the global operating model.
• Drive capability building, standardization, and adoption of global tools and analytics.
• Establish a Global Sourcing Center of Excellence with best practice standards.
