Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, utilities, and reliability for a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure safe and compliant operations, and drive continuous improvement across engineering functions. This role emphasizes asset reliability, capital project support, and strong stakeholder partnerships in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering, maintenance, facilities, utilities, or technical operations.
• 5+ years leading managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in highly regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, utilities and reliability best practices.
• Budgets, contractors, and project management experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance, Hard Services, Utilities, Automation, and Reliability functions.
• Provide leadership to Hard Services Manager and Reliability Engineer.
• Drive equipment reliability and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, and Utilities systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Champion safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical service contracts, vendor performance and budgets.
• Support capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Build partnerships with client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
