Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Sustainability Program Lead to drive end-to-end sustainability initiatives for a major client. You will lead a global team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, shape strategy, and ensure delivery across the real estate lifecycle.

The role emphasizes client leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibility for P&L, performance metrics, and scalable sustainability solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree; MBA preferred; backgrounds in science/engineering/math encouraged.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and large-scale programs.
• Strong understanding of decarbonization, embodied carbon, and sustainability in real estate.
• Experience with change management across multi-faceted situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct global multifunctional teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Own P&L for assigned account and manage budgets and metrics.
• Develop sustainability strategies and program components for client success.
• Advise clients on programmatic elements and scalable solutions.
• Ensure high levels of execution and client satisfaction across services.
