Job summary

Lam Research Corporation seeks a Senior Manager in Engineering Operations to strengthen GPE processes, set standards, and drive tool and system efficiency across global teams. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage projects to completion and align with Lam’s digital transformation strategy.

You will oversee the India team, set roadmaps, drive annual goals, develop capabilities, and foster performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering with related experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment design engineering.
• Proficiency with MCAD tools NX/Creo; data analysis and visualization.
• ERP/PLM knowledge and Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to global engineering team and develop skills.
• Improve engineering processes and adopt standards.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training.
• Lead cross-functional projects across US and India; manage budgets.
• Handle escalations and prioritize work with a global workforce.
