Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional responses to disruptions that may affect delivery performance, execution continuity, or business priorities.
• Provide timely visibility to emerging issues through structured monitoring, clear communication, and status reporting.
• Support active issue management by aligning stakeholders, driving action plans, and facilitating escalation when needed.
• Monitor performance trends and operational signals to identify risks early and enable timely intervention.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, timelines, and follow-through for issue resolution activities.
• Partner with planning, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and other teams to support recovery and maintain execution continuity.
• Communicate operational status, key risks, mitigation plans, and decision needs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps, recommending improvements to strengthen resilience and decision quality.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across a global organization.
