In this role, you’ll utilize an internal customer perspective to coordinate cross-functional teams of impacted stakeholders and manage projects to completion, both on time and within budget. You’ll champion the adoption of modern engineering methods aligned with Lam’s digital transformation strategy. You’ll provide oversight to our India team, setting direction through roadmaps and annual goals and objectives, developing their capabilities, and ensuring the performance of the team. Your role directly impacts the productivity, efficiency and quality of the design engineering team. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
