Job summary

You’ll champion the adoption of modern engineering methods aligned with Lam’s digital transformation strategy. You’ll provide oversight to our India team, setting direction through roadmaps and annual goals and objectives, developing their capabilities, and ensuring the performance of the team. Your role directly impacts the productivity, efficiency and quality of the design engineering team.
