Hatch is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering and design activities for a project engagement. You will work under the Project Manager, directing Area Engineers and Discipline Leads, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of deliverables.

The role emphasizes planning, resource management, and technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines, with a focus on integrating 3D design and digital standards within Hatch’s processes.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng degree in engineering required.
• Typically, 12 years’ experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engagement planning, setup and execution for engineering work.
• Coordinate the engineering budget for the next phase as required.
• Direct and review engineering activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Lead the engagement technical reviews, governance, and audits.
