You will oversee engineers, BIM coordinators, and related teams while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to client requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in an engineering discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in applicable regions.
• Typically 12 years in a multi-disciplinary environment with 3 years leading design teams.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering systems, design tools and materials.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes and design criteria.
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience with project planning, controls and interdependencies.
• Knowledge of 3D model/drawing production and document control.
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of procurement, contracting and commissioning methodologies.
• Leadership, coaching and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engagement planning, scope definition, and resource scheduling.
• Establish WBS, mobilization, onboarding, and baseline schedule.
• Coordinate budget and interface with procurement, safety, and commissioning.
• Communicate baselines to regional leads and ensure standards compliance.
• Direct engineers, BIM coordinators, and related teams.
• Ensure engineering quality and proper storage of calculations.
• Lead quality audits, change management, and governance reviews.
• Contribute to value improvement and continuous learning for scope.
