Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines and power systems, is seeking engineers to drive improvements across our global DAT test network. You will analyze test yield trends, identify root causes, and partner with test sites to elevate performance.

You will support OEM/MRO test councils, collaborate with cross-functional teams on wide-scale investigations, and lead efforts with the Vibe IPT to resolve vibration-related issues.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree and 3+ years in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Operations, Military, Aftermarket or Aviation.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Associate's degree and 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• High School diploma or Military/Technical Training (A&P Certification) and 9+ years of hands-on relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements across the global test network by analyzing DAT Test Yield trends and identifying root causes.
• Support OEM/MRO test councils and cross-functional investigations.
• Lead vibration-related issue resolution with Vibe IPT and correlate test cell data.
• Develop and maintain standard work, coordinate tooling and correlation needs.
• Collaborate with DAT teams and stakeholders to implement process and quality improvements.
• Travel internationally or domestically as required to support MRO operations.
