Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking engineering professionals to enhance its world-class engine test network. You will analyze test yield, identify root causes, and partner with global test sites to drive performance improvements across the DAT facilities.

Qualifications include advanced engineering education and multiple years of engine test or overhaul experience, with preferred FAA Part 145/EASA familiarity. Onsite work with international travel and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and substantial engineering or aerospace experience.
• 2+ years of Engine Test/Overhaul experience.
• FAA Part 145, EASA, AS9110 familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support established and new MRO Disassembly/Assembly/Test (DAT) facilities across the global network.
• Investigate network-wide Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCAs) for First Pass Yield (FPY) and ACAB-identified opportunities.
• Collaborate with DAT teams and internal stakeholders to identify and implement process and quality improvements.
• Work closely with lead Test Engineers on FPY reporting, Vibration IPT, Test Council activities, and Test Cell shakedown, correlation, and re-correlation efforts.
