Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines, is seeking engineers to drive improvements across its global test network. You will analyze DAT Test Yield trends, identify root causes, and partner with test sites to elevate performance across MRO operations.

You will support OEM/MRO test councils, collaborate with cross-functional teams on investigations, and lead with the Vibe IPT to resolve vibration-related issues, maintaining standard work and coordinating tooling and correlation needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Operations, Military, Aftermarket or Aviation; OR Bachelor’s with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s with 7+ years; OR High School/Military Training (A&P) with 9+ years of hands-on experience
• 2+ years of Engine Test or Engine Overhaul experience

Responsibilities

• Support global DAT facilities and test networks across the organization.
• Investigate RCCAs for FPY opportunities and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with DAT teams and stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Coordinate FPY reporting, Vibration IPT activities, and Test Council efforts.
• Provide technical support for test processes, ensuring standards compliance.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support MRO operations as needed.
