Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an engineer to provide development engine test support and functional validation across Commercial, Military, and Industrial lines. You will lead TEA engine teams, coordinate instrumentation needs, and oversee test planning, data management, and reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in aerospace or related field and multi-year engineering experience, with travel to test sites as needed. Onsite work in East Hartford, CT is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Science & Technology.
• 5 years of engineering experience or advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with test planning, instrumentation requirements, pre-test predictions, on-site test coverage, test data management and validation.

• Provide engineering support for development engine tests and functional validation across PW product lines.
• Lead TEA engine teams and technical projects.
