Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with energy or related sectors.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting energy usage data, tariffs, and market data.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models used in budgeting or capacity decisions.
• Experience building or scaling an analytical capability rather than inheriting one.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.
• Experience in developing narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics and forecasting.
• Develop ICs and emerging team leads, establishing career pathways and succession depth.
• Set analytical standards: methodology, documentation, version control, governance, QA.
• Own development of models forecasting energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Scale data pipelines and reporting; consolidate energy data across sources.
• Lead monthly and annual energy metric summaries to Global Energy and senior leadership.
