Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager of Energy Analytics to lead forecasting, cost and rate analysis, and data-driven decisions for Meta's global data center portfolio. You will grow and develop a distributed team, setting standards and partnering with Infrastructure and Finance leadership to quantify exposure to energy price and volume volatility.

You will build models for energy usage, generation, and cost, drive analytics governance, and scale data pipelines and reporting to

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data, tariffs, and market data.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models for budgeting or capacity decisions.
• Experience building or scaling an analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and handling large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics, cost and rate analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop ICs and emerging team leads; establish career pathways and succession depth.
• Set analytical standards, governance, and QA for outputs used in financial decisions.
• Own development of models to forecast energy usage, generation, and cost; analyze rate impacts.
• Build standardized tooling, data pipelines, and reporting for scalable portfolio management.
