The Role

This is a strategic role supporting new product introduction, manufacturing growth, and long-term supply-chain development.

Day to day

• Lead sourcing and supplier development for PCBAs, custom transformers, power magnetics, and electronic components.
• Manage RFQs, negotiations, supplier agreements, and pricing.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on NPI and production readiness.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and capacity.
• Develop cost-reduction, dual-sourcing, and supply-chain risk strategies.
