WIN SOURCE is seeking a Category Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing for key electronic component categories. The role leverages your supplier networks, market insights and negotiation skills to deliver competitive and reliable supply solutions for global customers.

You will collaborate with cross‑regional teams to drive supplier development, manage complex sourcing projects and maintain supply continuity in a dynamic electronics market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic components procurement, specialized sourcing or related supply chain roles.
• Strong product knowledge, sourcing channels and supplier relationships.
• Understanding of pricing trends, supply markets and lead times.
• Ability to independently develop reliable suppliers and secure competitive products.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Category Purchasing: manage sourcing activities for key electronic component categories.
• Supplier Channel Development: develop and maintain core suppliers with pricing and lead-time advantages.
• Market Insights & Sourcing Opportunities: track pricing, inventory, demand and lifecycle changes.
• Critical Sourcing Projects: handle complex sourcing needs through quotation and negotiation.
• Supplier Partnership Management: build relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Supply Chain Security & Quality: focus on authenticity, traceability and risk management.
• Global Business Support: collaborate with sales, procurement and supply chain teams to support customers.
