WIN SOURCE is a global electronic components distributor seeking a Category Purchasing Manager to lead electronic component categories, leveraging sourcing networks and market insight to deliver reliable supply solutions for global customers. You will manage supplier relationships, develop core suppliers, and collaborate with sales, procurement and quality teams across regions to mitigate risk and optimize costs.

Strong English communication and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong product knowledge, sourcing channels and supplier relationships in key electronic component categories.
• Understanding of pricing trends, supply markets, and sourcing channels.
• Ability to develop reliable suppliers and secure competitive products, pricing and lead times.
• Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Category Purchasing: Manage sourcing activities for key electronic component categories.
• Supplier Channel Development: Develop and maintain core suppliers with advantages in pricing, inventory, lead time or supply capability.
• Market Insights & Sourcing Opportunities: Track pricing, inventory, market demand and lifecycle changes to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Critical Sourcing Projects: Handle complex sourcing requirements, shortage materials and EOL components through quotation, negotiation and project execution.
• Supplier Partnership Management: Build stable relationships with manufacturers, distributors and channel partners.
• Supply Chain Security & Quality: Focus on authenticity, traceability, reliability and risk management.
• Global Business Support: Collaborate with sales, procurement and supply chain teams to support key customers.
