Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned programs, coordinating across internal teams, customers, and suppliers. You will guide pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution while aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.

The role requires influencing cross-functional teams, strong communication with customers and leadership, and experience in global, matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, sourcing, or commodity management.
• Experience owning supply chain activities across pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.
• Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Ideal candidates should have experience with hyperscalers or rack integration in high-tech or EMS industries and provide direct customer support beyond vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned programs or accounts.
• Lead materials pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution.
• Influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize products for supply chain performance.
• Lead costed bid analysis and quarterly BOM costing exercises.
• Engage in supplier and customer business reviews to drive performance.
