Job summary

MRI Software, a global real estate software provider, seeks a Senior Counsel, Employment & Litigation to join the Global Legal team. This role acts as the primary advisor on employment law and litigation matters across the globe, partnering with HR, business leaders, and the broader Legal team in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

The attorney will lead employment matters, manage litigation oversight, policy development, investigations, and business counseling responsibilities while coordinating

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Significant in-house experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day employment counsel to HR and business leaders.
• Oversee litigation portfolio and coordinate outside counsel.
• Develop policy, investigations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements.
• Partner with Compliance, Privacy, and Security on risk initiatives.
