Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensure in good standing in one of the target states.
• Five or more (5+) years of employment law and litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling administrative charges and employment litigation for clients.
• Collaborating with supervising partners and attorneys.
• Conducting legal research.

Skills

Strong background in employment law matters

Substantial experience working with administrative agencies

Significant experience handling state and federal court employment litigation

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Experience with matters covered by EPLI

Education
