MRI Software seeks a veteran legal executive to lead the North American legal function, guiding strategy, risk, and growth across the US and Canada. You will mentor the legal team while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR to enable business expansion with compliant, scalable contracts.

Qualifications

• JD in law from an accredited school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Significant in-house experience in SaaS/technology.

Responsibilities

• Direct NA legal function and lead strategic legal initiatives.
• Lead negotiations of complex commercial and technology agreements.
• Advise HR on employment law, investigations, and policy development.
• Oversee privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manage litigation, outside counsel, and risk across North America.
